There are some quite significant features in the manufacture of the furniture, which differentiate it from other brands. Although not immediately apparent from the outside, the form and stability of the cushions and the durability of the frame are dependent on the sturdy internal construction.

The problem with normal cushion fillings, mostly standard foam wrapped in fibre, is that they condense and deform after a while.
We use de-quilled China Duck feather with a Reflex foam core for all our sofa and chair seat cushions. These inserts combine the nice feeling of a feather cushion with form durability and make the highest quality cushions. Over are the days of plumping up your feather cushions each time someone sat on them.
Alternatively you can choose “Sofa Tech” cold cure moulded foam as an insert, which gives an attractive straight outline of the cushion. These are made specially to size for a better fit, even density and long durability. A maximum compression of 8% over time is a real achievement.
The inserts of our seat back cushions contain fully carded hollow polyester blown into a corovin channelled case. All scatter cushions are filled with de-quilled China duck feathers in their inserts.
